Exam Pattern
Note: Taking reference from Notification of CUET(UG) 2024.
Instructions:
Candidates can apply for (UG) - 2024 through the “Online” mode only on the website https://exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG/ The Application Form in any other mode will not be accepted.
Scheme of Examination:

General Test:
General Test comprises English, Reasoning, Numerical Ability, Current Affairs and General Knowledge.
Note:

From the above subjects/languages, the candidate can choose a maximum of 06 (six) subjects from all three Sections.

40 out of 50 questions for all test papers and 50 out of 60 for the General Test (An overall choice of 10 questions will be provided for all 61 subjects).

It is advisable for candidates to select at least one language and the General Test.

Duration for all test papers would be 45 minutes and General Tests which would be 60 minutes.

Candidates must strictly follow the instructions given in the Information Bulletin and on the website https://exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG/ Candidates not complying with the instructions shall be summarily disqualified.

To ensure that the candidates from all backgrounds have an equal opportunity to perform their best, it has been decided to conduct the test papers which have been chosen by the majority of candidates in the Pen & paper mode. The schedule/date sheet for the test papers to be conducted in Pen & paper mode is given in Annexure 1. It is advisable to check the date and time of each opted test paper carefully.

The remaining papers will be conducted in CBT (Computer-Based Test) mode as per the schedule/date sheet given in Annexure 2. The candidates are requested to adhere to the time of the test papers as mentioned in the schedule.
